At AMEXSO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please review the policy below.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and included items
- Returned in the original packaging when reasonably possible
- Free from damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Certain products may have additional return requirements due to their size, weight, transportation requirements, or product-specific conditions.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any product back, you must contact AMEXSO Customer Support at:

- Photos or other information when requested
Do not ship a product back to an address provided by a carrier, manufacturer, or third party unless AMEXSO has authorized the return and provided the appropriate return instructions.
Return Shipment Deadline
Once your return has been approved, the product must be shipped back to AMEXSO within 15 days of return authorization.
Customers are responsible for using appropriate packaging and a suitable shipping method to safely return the product.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount for approved standard returns.
The restocking fee does not apply where the return is due to an AMEXSO error, such as an incorrect product being shipped, or where the product arrives damaged or defective and the return is approved by AMEXSO.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by AMEXSO, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us before returning the product. AMEXSO will review the situation and provide appropriate return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@amexso.shop as soon as possible.
Please provide photographs and a description of the issue. We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
Do not dispose of or modify a damaged or defective product before receiving instructions from AMEXSO.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The 5% restocking fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an AMEXSO error, an approved defective product claim, or another circumstance where AMEXSO determines that a refund of shipping charges is appropriate.
Refund Processing Time
After an approved return has been inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Depending on product availability and the circumstances of the return, AMEXSO may instead process an approved return and refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
A return may be refused if the product:
- Is outside the 30-day return period
- Was used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product
- Has been damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Has been modified or altered
- Is missing significant parts or accessories
- Cannot be returned in a condition suitable for resale
